Shipping policy

Orders are usually delivered 5-7 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier and processing time.


In the event of a delay, we will notify you accordingly.


• Delivery takes place exclusively in EU countries.

• Delivery is 2,500 HUF, but free for orders above 100,000 HUF.

• There is no minimum order value.

• Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days after confirmation.

• Our shipping and processing days are Monday through Friday.

• Orders are not delivered on national holidays.

• In the case of an order within Hungary, we charge a shipping cost of HUF 2,500 for orders under HUF 100,000, free of charge for orders over HUF 100,000.

• Prices include the cost of packaging.

• Shipping is done by UPS, DHL, GLS, MPL or other carriers.

• All prices include statutory VAT.

• All information is not guaranteed. The right to change is reserved.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 days . The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the supplier, received or took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

and inform you of your intention to withdraw (e.g. by letter sent by post or e-mail) You can use the sample withdrawal form attached, which is optional.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


General comments


  1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and packaging elements. If necessary, also use outer protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to protect against shipping damage.
  2. The costs of returning the products is FREE of charge.
  3. Please note that points 1 and 2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.


Consequences of withdrawal

14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, all monies received from you, excluding the costs and fees of returning the goods. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you and Carnia Kft. the goods, whichever occurs first.


You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after the notification of the termination of this contract. We consider this deadline to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days and prove this. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The resulting costs will be deducted from the credit if you do not receive the ordered goods. You are only liable for the loss of value of the goods if the loss of value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to test the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
